LeeAnn Lynn is the First Steward of Wholesometarian™, entrusted with protecting and growing the mission that began with a simple belief: healthy living should feel possible for everyone.
She never set out to build a wellness company. Her hope has always been to help people and families take their next healthy step by making health simpler, more encouraging, and accessible to all.
Wholesometarian™ was inspired by her own journey of asking better questions, making small improvements, and discovering that lasting change comes through simple habits repeated over time.
Today, she serves as steward of the mission, philosophy, and long-term vision of Wholesometarian™, helping ensure that every blog, game, partnership, song, and future innovation reflects the same guiding principles found in The Wholesometarian™ Manifesto:
Trust over transactions.
Relationships over revenue.
Progress over perfection.
Stewardship over ownership.
Helping people take their next healthy step.
LeeAnn hopes that long after she is gone, future stewards will continue protecting the mission and leaving the world a little healthier than they found it.

Rick serves as the Steward of Influence for Wholesometarian™, helping ensure that the organization's relationships, communication, music, storytelling, and public voice always reflect its values.
A natural leader, Rick has a gift for bringing people together, building genuine relationships, and helping others feel encouraged and included. He believes influence is earned through integrity, kindness, consistency, and authentic human connection rather than attention alone.
Rick works to build meaningful partnerships, strengthen community connections, and communicate the Wholesometarian™ philosophy in ways that encourage rather than overwhelm.
Whether through conversations, strategic relationships, music, or everyday interactions, his goal is to help people feel welcomed, inspired, and confident enough to take their next healthy step.
Like every steward at Wholesometarian™, Rick believes success is not measured simply by growth, but by how many lives are positively influenced through trust, encouragement, and genuine care for others. He believes every meaningful movement begins with relationships, and every lasting relationship begins with genuine care for people.

Hi there, My name is Jenny. I am the content creator and social media manager of Wholesometarian in Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest and YouTube.
I am really happy to be part of this community and learn every day the importance of wholesome or natural foods. I live in the village and to be honest I always underestimated the village life, I always wanted to live in the city centre.
While I did my studies abroad I understood and taught that is not the place that makes you feel good but the environment that surrounds you. I understood that in today's lifestyle it becomes a luxury eating natural foods that come directly from nature (which my parents always grew in the home garden).
Now, working, studying and learning more of wholesome foods I feel really grateful about the foods I ate and actually eat in my home. I know it is hard for someone who lives in the busy city centers to find bio, natural foods but I think we should all make an effort and understand the true value of NATURE and FOODS that come from NATURE.
This way we become the bosses of ourselves and learn to respect our body and ourselves before anything else.
Please come by daily to check out new fresh posts and healthy tips on our platforms below, all posted and managed by Jenny.

Hi, My name is Mel Staley, I am a Registered Holistic Nutritionist. I found myself on this journey a few years back. My health wasn’t great, I was overweight and unhappy and decided I needed to make some changes. I lost 41 pounds and became an aquafit instructor and was loving life. I got pregnant with my son shortly after and when I was pregnant I was diagnosed with gestational diabetes.
During this time I saw a hospital dietician who told me that it was okay to drink diet soda. Something about this information didn’t sit quite right with me and I followed my gut, that led me to do some research. Why was such advice being given when sweeteners such as aspartame are a known carcinogen and actually spike blood sugar causing all sorts of dis-ease within the body?
I also did an amazing course called the riseup resilient protocol with a Naturopathic Doctor in my city. This course really helped me get my own health back on track and bring a more holistic approach to my life.
During my research phase I stumbled upon Food Babe, I’m sure most have heard of her. Her book Feeding You Lies inspired me to dig deeper.
I have a Diploma in Recreation, and Early Childhood Education but holistic health became my passion so I decided to go back to school and I went to the Canadian School of Natural Nutrition, so I could help others reach their health goals.
I know first hand how hard it can be to reach your goals while living in a toxic world that is trying to poison our bodies, hearts, and minds.
I hope I can be a part of your journey and customize an individualized plan to help you reach all your health goals!

At her core, Diannah is a seeker of truth whose path was shaped by necessity, purpose, and a determination to find answers when conventional wisdom fell short.
A personal health challenge early in her life became a pivotal turning point—not just to heal, but to understand. When medical professionals couldn't provide solutions, she took matters into her own hands, discovering that dietary changes created profound improvements. This experience sparked a lifelong journey into natural wellness, holistic healing, and the powerful relationship between food, emotions, and overall well-being. Her kitchen became her lab, her books her teachers, and her results spoke for themselves.
Diannah's passion for psychology, human behavior, and deep research has made her the kind of person who's always asking the right questions—and finding thoughtful, real-world answers. Her dedication has not only transformed her own health but has rippled outward, helping others struggling with similar concerns through her knowledge of nutrition and healing.
Whether she's behind the camera capturing the heart of a moment or helping translate big ideas into simple, beautiful truths—Diannah is both the soul and strategy behind so much of what we do. Her contributions are quiet but powerful, guiding our content, grounding our conversations, and helping keep Wholesometarian aligned with love, learning, and purpose. She's the kind of best friend who reminds you who you are… and then helps you build something that brings it to life.

Hello there, Zeeshan here. I am obsessed with writing about healthy foods. Therefore, after completing my master's in Biochemistry, I started my career as a Nutrition Writer. Since then, I have been focused on wholesome foods.
One thing that makes me confident is my village background, as I grew up among the farms, eating healthy and fresh. So, I know the importance of nutrient-rich food.
I am also a Biochemist, which gives me another edge in writing about healthy foods. My knowledge of human metabolism helps me research and write on relevant topics.
I am happy to join the Wholesometarian community as it provides me with an opportunity to learn more about wholesome foods and live a healthful life. This platform also helps me reach out to more people and give them a chance to live healthily by eating healthy.
