A joyful movement helping people hydrate, exercise, eat, sleep, and repeat—without perfection. We teach label literacy, real food swaps, and small steps that build lasting health.
Hydration Hippo is happiest when soaked, sipping, or splashing. He reminds us that clean water isn’t just refreshing — it’s essential to how we think, move, and feel. From beach days to busy mornings, he makes hydration a habit with his friendly reminder: “Hello H₂O!
Active Ant is all about getting things moving — no matter your size, schedule, or space. Whether you're stretching in your kitchen, dancing with your kids, or walking the dog, he’s right there with you saying, “Let’s go!” Movement should feel good, not forced. With Active Ant, every step is a step toward a healthier you.
Nutty loves food — real food. He’s here to help you understand what’s wholesome and what’s, well… not. He turns confusion into confidence with cooking tips, ingredient know-how, and deliciously simple ideas. With Nutty by your side, you’ll “Know what’s best” for you and your family.
Sleepy Sloth knows the power of a good nap. In a world that rushes everything, he models the importance of quality sleep, slowing down, and taking time to recharge. If you're tired, stressed, or stretched thin — take it from Sleepy Sloth: rest is not optional, it’s essential.
We’re also building a member-based wellness support group. A place for those who want deeper structure, regular check-ins, and seasonal celebrations rooted in personal progress and shared support.

Wholesometarian™ was born out of my own messy, beautiful journey, trying to live better, feel better, and figure it out as I go. I didn’t have it all together. I didn’t follow a perfect plan. But I knew I wanted to live differently and invite others to do the same.
What started as a personal shift has grown into a shared movement rooted in four simple, powerful pillars: Hydration, Activity, Nutrition, and Rest. This isn’t about perfection. It’s about learning what feels right, ditching what doesn’t, and showing up for yourself—with support.
Whether you’re here to swap soda for water, walk around the block, cook one real meal, or finally get some rest, you’re one of us. You don’t need fancy tools. You don’t need to be ready. You just need to start.
